Accessing Your Transcripts

This is a step-by-step demonstration to help you find your transcript online. Follow the set of direction below to navigate to the appropriate web page in Novasis.

Please contact the Registrar's Office at registrar@law.villanova.edu or 610-519-7002 if you need help or have questions.

To View Your Transcript Online

1. Click the link to Novasis on the Registrar's section or go to http://novasis.villanova.edu.
    

2. Click on Enter Secure NOVASIS Area.
    

3. Enter you User ID (Social Security Number) and PIN.
    

4. Click on Student and Financial Aid.
    

5. Click on Student Records.
    

6. Click on Academic Transcript.
    

7. Highlight Law School. Do not ask for All Levels.
    

8. Look at Earned Hours to see credits earned toward graduation.

Enter your User ID (Social Security Number) and password to log in.

Then click on Student and Financial Aid

then Student Records

Academic Transcript

Highlight Law School. Do not ask for All Levels.

Once the screen returns you may view your transcript in Institution Credit, Transcript Totals and/or Courses in Progress.

To review your credit count for graduation. Look at the Transcript total page and then add to that “earned total” any classes you are currently taking until the end of the current academic year.
