Submitting Articles

The Villanova Law Review accepts unsolicited submissions from the academy, bench and bar. The Law Review seeks to publish materials representing meritorious viewpoints on subjects of interest to the legal profession. Publication does not indicate that views expressed and adopted by the Law Review. Please forward one double-spaced copy to the Law Review office or email your submission to reviewsubmissions@law.villanova.edu. An abstract of the article is also appreciated. Submissions cannot be returned without a self-addressed, postage paid return envelope. If your article is selected for publication, the Law Review would appreciate an electronic version of it in Word 2003. Please do not submit in WordPerfect. Our editorial process aims to conform the text and citations to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2000). Regrettably, time and space constraints prohibit us from being able to accept book reviews.

Antidiscrimination Policy

It is the policy of the Villanova Law Review not to discriminate on the basis of race, gender, age, religion, ethnic background, marital status, disability or sexual orientation. As a matter of policy, the Law Review encourages and promotes the use of gender-neutral writing.
