Summary:

Thomas G. Jackson is Assistant General Counsel, Assistant Secretary, and Director of Compliance for Glatfelter, Co., a specialty paper company based in York, Pennsylvania that employs more than 3,000 people globally. Previously, Mr. Jackson was the Director of Strategic Agreements and Partnerships for C&D Technologies, Inc.-- a $700 Million global manufacturer and supplier of energy storage and power electronics products based in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. He was responsible for plotting the Power Electronics Division’s overall business strategy and developing strategic relationships with leading-edge technology firms such as Intel, AMD, Cisco Systems, Hewlett-Packard and Apple Computer. Mr. Jackson also served as a Director of the company’s joint venture with the government of the People’s Republic of China. At one time, he also served as Deputy General Counsel of C&D Technologies and practiced general corporate law. He holds a degree in Engineering from Drexel University and will be completing his MBA degree at Villanova University this fall. He is a 1991 graduate of Villanova Law School, and serves as a member of the Law School’s Inclusiveness Commission.

Yolanda F. Pagano is Director of Climate Strategy and Programs for Exelon Corporation, the parent company of PECO Energy. In her current role, she directs the company’s strategy and program to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases, a contributor to global climate change. In this role, she is responsible for managing Exelon’s participation in the EPA Climate Leaders Program, a hallmark element of Exelon’s strategy to continuously improve environmental performance. She is responsible for conducting the company’s greenhouse gas inventory, recommending emission reduction strategies and implementing reduction programs. Ms. Pagano has over a decade of experience in the energy sector. Most notably she was project manager for the legal restructuring of Exelon’s regulated, unregulated and support organizations into a holding company structure. Ms. Pagano also managed a merger integration team addressing 11 corporate support functions including legal, governance and environmental, in the October 2000 merger which formed Exelon between Philadelphia-based PECO Energy and Chicago-based Unicom. Prior to joining Exelon, Ms. Pagano was a tax specialist at KPMG Peat Marwick where she advised national and international clients on personal and business tax matters. Ms. Pagano recently served two consecutive terms as president of the Villanova Law Alumni Association. She is also a CPA and board member of the Philadelphia HAT society. David L. Williams is Firm Human Resources Director and Counsel for Jones Day with his office in Washington, DC.
