We anticipate that students will be able to attend a wide variety of exciting trips and tours during summer 2008. During the first weekend of the Program (June 28-29), we will travel together to the charming town of Assisi, a place of religious and historical significance. We will also have the opportunity to tour a wide variety of other religious, historical, and cultural sites. During summer 2007, we visited:
- Palatine Hill and Colosseum
- St. Peter’s Basilica
- St. Mary’s Major & Santa Prasseda
- Catacombs of Priscilla
- Historical Center of Rome
- San Clemente and SS. 4 Coronati
- Roman Forum
- Galleria Borghese
- SS. Giovanni & Paolo and the Roman Houses
- Ostia Antica
